SHIPPING POLICY

All UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail tracked services.

 

For orders outside the UK, we will use a courier service depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

Please note, all orders outside the UK (including Europe and Ireland) may be subject to VAT, import duties or other tax. There are solely the responsibility of the customer and will be charged directly by the shipping company.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted for items bought online within14 days of purchase. Items must be in a resalable condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please obtain proof of postage as we will not be responsible for lost or missing items.

International orders are final sale and we cannot accept returns. We are not responsible for aany duties or taxes incurred on international orders and cannot accept returns if you decide you do not want to pay these. Once the item is shipped, the sale is final.
